my electric is being shut off in four days, it's $900.00 but they said only $700 and something is past due, in order to not get cut off they want half of that which is $388.10 Don't know what to do. I have no income coming in yet, have 2 kids, and one on the way, will my kids be alright if it was shut off? is there any help out there for me? thanks andrea
